Girls have a lunchtime practice and an after school practice on the same week night or a match on a week night. A & B teams are run for U12, U13, U14, U15, U16 & U1.

Generally netball and hockey matches for the same age group (except U18 hockey and U19 netball on occasion) do not clash, so the girls can play both sports.
