Creative Writing Competition Nears Deadline

Readers of The Wheatleyan are reminded that the latest issue included a Creative Writing competition. Pupils, parents, staff and friends of the Bablake community were invited to submit a 200 word piece entitled 'Because I'm a Girl'.

Entries, which may be submitted as word files or as a photograph if completed on the actual page 67 in the 2013-14 issue, should be emailed to Staff Editor Mr Mark Woodward by Tuesday March 31st. All entries received will be judged by an external author and we will feature the winning pieces online and in print as the year continues.
